Response Letter: This letter is written in reply to the one received by someone. When there is any kind of request, job application, or advice request, a response letter is written as a reply for those.
Welcome Letter: This letter is either written by a company or an organization to welcome the client on board and thank him for preferring the company to meet all the satisfactory needs and desires.
Recommendation Letter: This type of letter is attributed to recommend a person for a specific job position. Such letters are official letters written by high level managers to promote a person in the organization or recommend him or her to some other job position.
